Ballantyne Holiday Traditions

Seasons Greetings from Ballantyne

There’s plenty ongoing events in Ballantyne this holiday season. Here are a few of my favorite festivities to get the season in full swing!

Ballantyne Holiday Traditions on Gingerbread Lane

December 11th-December 28th The Ballantyne Hotel will have festive gingerbread houses and other creations on display.10858447_10154887629670134_2161693981480142308_n Vote for your favorite entries with $1 donation for each vote. All proceeds will go to the Levine Children’s Hospital, aiding the physical and emotional needs of the patients and their parents and families. Open daily, no entrance fee. Make this event a family holiday tradition!

Holiday Afternoon Tea

Stop by the lobby of The Ballanytne and enjoy their Holiday Afternoon Tea. Sample loose leaf tea blends and a selection of homemade delicate tea sandwiches and traditional holiday hors d’oeuvres. Tea will be served Wednesday Sundays throughout the month of December from 1pm 5pm. There will be lovely harp music. The cost to participate in the tea is $32 for adults and $16 for junior patrons ages 5-12 (plus tax & gratuity). A champagne tea is available for $40 per person. Reservations are required, call (704) 248-4100 to reserve your spot and for any event inquiries.
