Developers of a planned Steele Creek outlet mall want $5.1 million in tax reimbursements from the city and the county, according to a plan presented to the Charlotte City Council on Monday.

Here is an update on the building of the Steele Creek Outlet Mall. Developers are asking for incentives which is as usual! I like the location of this Mall plus the added employment so I hope everyone can reach a compromise.
