Thank-you gifts were awarded to Brandi Weathers, chairperson,and Portia Bellamy, auction chairperson,to thank them for their hard work for a successful Jingle Bell Ball back in December which raised over $18,000 for the Shelter for Battered Women.

The Gimme Shelter Party raised $1,414 ! Special thanks to the Underground Detour Band and Chad Champion! Additional thanks to Norm at Dilworth Grille and Carol Roth of United Family Services for their help to make this event happen. And many thanks to the people who attended the party and gave generously to the Shelter!
