yogaEveryone could use a little free. Free is definitely for me! Especially when it has to do with stretching, breating, andother relaxation techniques. It is so important to be aware of one’sintention. Try A Little Relaxing Yoga in The Park at Knott’s Green in Ballantyne, this coming Thursday from 5-7! Yoga mats will be providedbut participants are welcomed to bring their own if they prefer. There will be three yoga instructors at this class and each will bring a little something different to the mat. Andy Chen will lead you through a creative and dynamic sequence of postures to build strength and increase flexibility. Michele Schmidt will take you through a deepstretch practice to increase your range of motion and stretch your connective tissue, ending with breathing and meditation techniques designed to reduce your stress and anxiety and bring you to a calm relaxed blissful state. Additionally Greg LaBarbera will provideliveinstrumentation with guitar, bamboo flute and handpan drum.
